Medical Records Executive (Health Information Management)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Executive to oversee the Health Information Management department in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the hospital's digital transformation initiatives.

As a Medical Records Executive at ALTY Hospital, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide comprehensive and efficient healthcare services. You will work closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of medical records into our electronic health record (EHR) system, Epic. This system is used across our facilities in Bali, allowing for real-time access to patient information and improving overall patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain patient medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of medical records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to update and verify patient records.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic EHR system.
• Train and supervise medical records staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical records.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EHR system.
• Assist in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Certification in Health Information Management (HIM) or a related certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Health Information Technology - CPHIT).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical records or health information management.
• Proficient in using Epic EHR system and other relevant medical records software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
