• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure a skilled and diverse workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Lead the development and execution of training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a global or multinational setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Certification in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
