📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze current HR processes to identify areas for improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
• Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other digital tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Automate manual HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into HR operations.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to HR teams on the use of new digital tools and processes.
• Monitor and measure the performance of digital HR solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Work closely with senior HR leaders to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing HRIS and other digital HR tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HRIS or digital HR tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
