As an Assistant Transport Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction logistics or a related field, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field, along with certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or equivalent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and insurance.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance using Fleet Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including vehicle inspections and emissions testing.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on logistics performance and potential areas for improvement.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of construction logistics plans.
• Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics or a related field.
• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using SAP and other logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations.
