🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a similar capacity.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
