Oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.,Train and mentor cleaning staff to ensure they meet the required standards and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor and evaluate cleaning performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning needs are met and that the overall guest experience is enhanced.,Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and performance metrics.,Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in cleaning practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in cleaning services, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and other departments.,Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
