Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based solutions for our clients in the cloud and infrastructure space.,Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.,Provide technical guidance and support to our clients to ensure the smooth operation of their Windows-based systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Windows ecosystem and industry best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise in our clients' Windows-based systems.,Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows administration and support.,Strong understanding of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.,Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.,Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
