Central Direct Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, from inventory management to logistics coordination.

As a Senior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, implementing and maintaining warehouse policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
