📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
