Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
