📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage all financial transactions in the clinic, including cash, credit, and insurance payments.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient cash reserves.

Train and supervise junior cashiers.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or financial role in a healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Good understanding of insurance and billing processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and policies.
