Hokian Adi Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food production and wants to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are made efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that raw materials are available when needed.,Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are meeting production targets.,Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.,Implement and maintain safety procedures in the production area.,Work closely with the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations.,Handle any production-related issues or problems that may arise.,Ensure that all production equipment is in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Experience in managing and supervising a team.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
