📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Oversee inventory management and stock control.

Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

Monitor customer feedback and address complaints promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.

Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
