PT Sinergi Firdaus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 24.000.000 – Rp 28.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, with regular inspections and servicing.,Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle history.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service to fleet users, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop new fleet coordinators and staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
