📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical operations of the unit, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct technical audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management on complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of technical standards and regulations, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Proficient in using technical software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to site locations as needed.
