Bidang Putri Mart is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Magelang, Jawa Tengah. We are a growing retail company and we are looking for a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing our employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with all labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and conflicts
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs
  • Handle employee benefits and compensation

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
