Cemerlang Shipping is looking for a Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct employee orientations and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Previous experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a plus.
