📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commissary equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and grills.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any equipment-related challenges.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in food safety or equivalent experience.
